Can paypal automatically deduct this money from my bank account??

I mailed a XM Myfi unit about a month ago. I sold it on ebay and received positive feedback once is was delivered.

Now I'm being chargedback $88 for the transaction and the user is suspened. So I'm assuming he paid with a fradulent credit card????

Like a dummy I did ship to an uncomfirmed address! So am I royally screwed here with no recourse??

because i never been burned before and was in need of the money. if it was a HIGH dollar item then NO WAY, but I figured it would be ok. WRONG!

it really pisses me off that paypal even lets people pay with unconfirmed addresses. No legit and secure website allows that. So why would paypal? Just opens the door for problems.

Next time, follow the Protection Policy. It is not Paypal and Ebay's fault that you shipped to an unconfirmed address.

No its not. But why do they even allow it? Seems it would end alot of problems! Not only mine. My paypal will be closed and they can eat it. Sick of paying their fees anyway.

Many people have addresses that do not match their credit cards. For example, if you're a college student with a credit card that has a home address, your college dorm would not be a confirmed address to ship to.

yeah but its EASY to call up and add other address's to your cc account. Thats not a problem. I see no real reason for people needing uncofirmed address.

done with paypal. maybe partially my fault but their system needs work.

If people aren't going to use "Search" then I'm entitled to posting worthless crap. And he asked the question on the edit, so have fun when you go fvck yourself.

OP, Paypal cannot deduct money from your bank account.
