I only use CC paypal when the seller's not a +3% cheap bastard. For everything else, direct bank transfer, cash. If I'm the seller, I don't take CC.

I just offer the buyer a 3% discount if they pay by BidPay, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. PayPal takes 3% anyways, so why not just give the discount back to the buyer?

BidPay, Money Order, and Cashiers Check are all air-tight forms of payment...ie, you can't be screwed later if the buyer is a scammer, or changes their mind about the purchase. PayPal has WAY to many holes in their policies to help scammers and screw sellers over.

If the buyer insists on PayPal, I don't ship out until the money is in my bank account. The money is not truly yours until then.
