PayPal won't let me change my address

They say I have to verify my address by adding a credit card. I try to add my credit card and it fails.

F Paypal.. I had to create a new account because I cancelled all my credit cards and got new ones. After a while I went to use paypal and add a new card which they wanted old account info to verify which I didn't have anymore. I called them up and they still wouldn't do anything to help..

I've had to call them a couple times, and have never had a problem. Shockingly, the customer service reps I dealt with actually knew how to get things done, and correctly, the first time!

I didn't use my Paypal account for many years. A recently tried to get back into my account to find out they had reset my password (apparently they did a sitewide reset a few years ago). In order to get back into my account, I had to verify my identity and the only option for verification was via a checking account that I had linked to the account. Problem is... I no longer had that checking account. The customer service rep wasn't able to help me verify with another method, so I had to get another email address and create another account.
