PayPal Virtual debit card question

On Paypal's debit card (online version) you can only use current Paypal funds, correct ? You cant say buy a 15.00 item when you only have 10.00 in paypal and have the rest deducted from a link bank account?

No, the total must already be in your Paypal account.

That's right, you can only do that with sending money to another member and do an instant transfer for the rest of the money. (5 bucks.)
