I just went to paypals site > Help > and searched for virtual card.

Though in this day and age I can see why you'd see this as phishing.

EDIT: Go to paypal.com and do it yourself

I just went to paypals site > Help > and searched for virtual card.

Though in this day and age I can see why you'd see this as phishing.
