paypal- "This list doesn't yet include your most recent account activity."

so, i do real time trades through paypal every day - i need to check someone has paid and if so, perform a service..

all was good until about a month ago -now, the paypal website has changed and it can take anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours to see who has paid me, which means i now have to dig through my email inbox and check its not spoofed before confirming someone has paid....a lot of extra hassle than just quickly checking my Recent Activity table in the paypal website.

is there any way to revert back to the old settings does anyone know? Or anyone know the reasoning behind this annoying feature?

No, I remember specifically getting an email or something from Paypal about this. It's supposed to be another layer of "Protection." I don't understand how though. Basically, the gist of it was that payments weren't going to be instant anymore and that there would be some short holding period, or something like that.

Either way, it's BS.
