Paypal shipping down?

i could not get the ups part to work for me last week. Whatever I put in it would always come back saying Invalid Input. Instead I just got my info from when I registered on UPS site awhile back and just used that.

I don't know what was wrong, all I had to input was the weight of the item and the dimensions of the box, thats it. I made sure to not use decimals as well.
