well this being my first paypal scam i'm quite excited. i've got the typical we suspect your paypal account may have been accessed email, not a big deal. the best part is i'm assuming it's being hosted on his personal website. so now the fun part, what shall we do? i personally don't care what happens to his site so go nuts.
