Paypal related... Is there is a limit to buy...

I am trying to buy something for my brother off ebay..and paypal says im over the limit.

I have my bank acct in there.. and its verified. I just set up the credit card for "confirmed"..but its going to take a few days before i can put that number in.

I am supposed to have a "view limits" thing next to my balance.. and i dont have that..

The last payment was on November 10th... for $46.

there is a per day limit of 150 bucks if you are using the online credit card.
