Paypal refunds - how long do they take?

I'm expecting a refund from a seller who sent me a motherboard and said it didn't make it very far and that it came back to him banged up. So he refunded the money since I never got the motherboard. However, its been pending for 6 days now. Any ideas?

huh I just sent one and it went through instantly. This was from a checking acct as well.
