i bought a 512mb sodimm from ebay and paid the seller vi paypal with my credit card. the seller emails me telling me that he made a mistake; the dimm is a 256mb. he offered to sell that one to me for half of the winning bid, but i dont care for a stinkin' 256mb sodimm. now... if i ask him to refund me money, will paypal also refund the money back to my CC, or am i gonna have the money just sitting in my paypal account, as if it were a cash advance?
 
The money would go back to your CC and not your paypal account.
If you used a bank transfer however the money would go back into your PayPal account.


Never use a BankTransfer or Echeck, you have no rights when disputing charges.
