I was wondering if there was an option to refund a buyer's money through Paypal without refunding the shipping and handling? If I send back the money to someone I would believe that they would be charged a fee unless I refund everything. Is there any way around this?

TIA,

No there is no way around that. You can just minus the S&H fee and send him the amount back to him.

Well.. That sucks. I hate PayPal for so many reasons. This means that this guy is going to be stuck with a PayPal fee now, correct?

What I think I will do is ask for the guy to send me $10 with the defective item (what it cost to ship the item originally) and then I will refund the total original payment through PayPal. That way, the PayPal charges will be reversed and this guy won't be stuck with any PayPal charges. Fvck PayPal!
