My girl sold some stuff on a forum so she created a Paypal account to get the money from the buyer, and after trying to proof who she is.. (bank verify, address verity, faxing driver license ...) and now they still want more proofs. They need her to fax them the utilities bill with her name and address and an online page of the transaction. How the heck she get an utilities bill with her name on it.. she's still with her parents.
Why are they trying to make it so hard.. I understand they want to protect the buyer and all but after almost a month wouldn't the buyer file a complaint already if there is something wrong :|
