So I finally signed up for a PayPal account (yes I'm behind the times). Do I have to get verified? As long as I'm unverified and someone sends me a payment, how do I cash it/deposit it to my bank account? What should I look out for when making PayPal payments/accepting them? Should I be wary of PayPay buyer credit buyers? In general, what is the safest way to make/receive PayPal payments (regarding account types and payment type)?
 
What kind of payments should I accept (to be completely safe, i.e. as soon as I receive the payment I can cash it/deposit it to a bank account)?
 
I really don't know much about it. I just know a shell service I have previously used would only accept verified paypal...
 
is non-cc paypal indisputable? basically I'm looking for another (quicker, but just as sure-fire) source of money transactions other than USPS money orders.
 
Nothing is indisputable. If a paypal account is stolen then the owner can get the money or transaction reversed. Paypal also has a buyer protection policy, that can get the money back unless the seller can prove that they shipped the item.
