As a seller, if you have a basic (free) account with paypal, and are not a premier member, then you can only accept Paypal payments that are non-Credit Card, correct ?
As a buyer I only have my credit card registered with PP so whenever I pay for a winning bid thru PP, it's considered CC PP... the seller has to be a premier member in order to accept.
How common are auctions that request non-CC PP payment only ? Because the only other way to pay is if you have a bank account tied in (which I don't exactly feel comfortable with)...
