Someone wants me to pay them with NON-CC paypal for some ram and some other things, this is fine. I am in kind of in a rush to send payment as i dont want to lose the deal. I didnt have a bank account tied to my paypal account, just a debit card, so im now waiting for the two deposits to come into my account from paypal so i can confirm my bank account. I tried to be smart and send the paypal from my account (#1) to my girlfriend's account (#2). that worked fine and she had $86 something in the account (she has neither a credit card nor a bank account listed with paypal) I then tried to send the $80 to the 3rd party (the one with the goods), but evidently you can't send money through paypal unless you have a credit card or bank account listed. I.E. I have 86 in my paypal account, but i can't send $1 until i list a checking account or bank account. I guess they have these measures in place just for people like me lol.
