Is there anyway besides the debit card that I could take out the money from the account like now?

I'm approved for the debit card, but it's not arriving for another week or two.

I really could use the money that's inside the account. Anyone know if I can use the shop anywhere feature to get some money out?

Would that be possible?

This is the situation, I have 100.00 in my paypal account, and I already ordered the debit card. It hasn't arrived yet. I want to some how be able to access this cash in real life. I need the cash (not really NEED it) but could use it today to take my girlfriend to dinner. Does anyone know how I could get the money in real life today?

I tried fatshoe, but their card isn't allowed at ATM's, so that sucks big time.

You can use your Paypal balance anywhere on the net that takes a credit card. Paypal has a 'Virtual Mastercard' that assigns you a number to use. It works just like a debit card.

Since you don't have you PayPal debit card yet, I'd say the only way to get your money out pronto would be for a kind friend to front you the cash, then you paypal them the same amount. Otherwise, it's a couple of days for a transfer and even longer for them to mail you a check.

You could shop online with it at some places, but I don't think that will help you out with dinner.

IMO, I think you'll really love it when you get the debit card in, though... there's tons of stuff you can do with it, like if someone pays you paypal to build them a system, use it immediately at an online store as a MasterCard, without tying up your credit cards... OR also you could go to an ATM immediately after a deal where the buyer sent you PayPal, and get your money! Faster than Western Union! (I thought it was "the fastest way to send money worldwide, lol)

I haven't tried the virtual MC option, but you can use that to transfer the funds to your FatShoe card and then use that card to pay for dinner.
