Paypal Question

If someone send money from their paypal account to a person without a paypal account, how do they get their money?

I think they have to register

I think the money will sit there until they register or you can log into your paypal account and hit reverse or something like that to get the money back. You can only do that because the other side doesn't have an account.

All payments do require the user to have an account (to send or receive).
