Never used paypal before, got some left over credit on a gift card. Wanted to use the visa card to purchase some usenet access, but they didnt accept gift cards. Saw they support paypal and i have heard of them. Created account, and sent the money from card to my account. So, I have the money in my paypal and when i go to use it, it kept saying it will exceed my sending limit. Went to my account and tried to left the limit, but it needs to confirm my CC or bank. I dont want to use either one of those personal info linked to paypal, are there any other options? i am stuck with like 15 bucks in my paypal that i cant even use? what are my options now? Thanks.

yeah, paypal is mad stupid these days.

if paypal knows i cant do anything since its not "confirm", then why do they allow users to put a balance in the account? this is whack, so basicly i have a $15 balance, but i cant do anything with it? wow, what if i want to close the account, whats going to happen to the balance? is there anything i can do at all at this point besides confirming with cc or bank?
