How exactly do you receive funds via PayPal without them taking a percentage off the sale price? I have a Premier account. Seems like the last few things I've sold, I've requested the buyer use a non-CC payment but I'm seeing that PayPal did in fact take a fee.

What's the best way to sell something, receive payment and not get hit up?
