Paypal question

I seldomly use Paypal, but somebody just sent me $109 using their bank card. How can I accept this payment without upgrading my account?

No. You have to upgrade to receive it, and then they'll tack on a fee for receiving it. Once you upgrade, you can downgrade back to personal account, but you can only do that one time... I learned that the hard way.

I didn't know you can downgrade once, I thought once you upgraded that was it, no going back - hmm

you cant. u have to upgrade.
but looks like u can upgrade, then downgrade once. so do it, unless u can settle another method of payment from the sender.
