Is there anyway if someone send me paypal it could go directly onto my debit card thats linked to it. I mean i know you are able to send money now driectly from your debit card
 
You can just have them pay you by paypal and then request paypal to transfer the money from your paypal account to the bank account your debit card is linked to.

Just log into your paypal account, click on withdraw, and then click on "transfer funds to your bank account"
 
are you talking about your paypal debit card? If so...that just runs off of your paypal balance....if you try to spend more with the debit card than whats currently in your balance, you will be denied
