I know this is possible because it happened to me before. Where in paypal/ebay do i set it up so that if someone tries to pay me and uses an unconfirmed address, it automatically rejects the payment and tells the buyer to use a confirmed address instead? I've been all over paypal for the past hour and cannot find this checkbox or setting or whatever to enable this.

Give me your username and password and I will do i for your😛

Log into your account, then Profiles, then under Selling Preferences go to Payment Recieving Preferences.
