I'm not really sure, since I've had a paypal account for over 3 years, so if someone could answer this, that would be super!

Ok, my mother wants to pay someone with her credit card through paypal tonight. She does not have a paypal account. Can she send a payment through paypal even though she doesn't have an account? For some reason I'm remembering a 3-5 day waiting period between when I was able to use my CC through paypal.

Yeah but I don't have the money in my bank account to do that. And since it's a Friday, anything she puts in it won't go through til Monday. And I don't want over drafts, that's the prob.

You don't need a PP account to pay someone. Have them send her an invoice from paypal and then follow the directions.

For your protection, we verify credit card and debit card billing addresses.
The process normally takes about 30 seconds, but it may take longer during certain times of the day. Please click Add Card to update your information. When your card has been successfully added, you will see a confirmation page.
