Paypal Question

I just got an email that wants me to confirm all of my paypal information like login and it directs me to do this over a secure web link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run

I did just take most of my money out that has been sitting in there for while... is this thing legit? Have you guys ever heard about anything like this?

You can redirect/forward the email to spoof@paypal.com, supposedly they will follow up on this type of activity.
