i just bougth an item on ebay, and the seller was able to block out the credit card payment option in paypal (presumably because of a personal acct?)

i would like to be able to do this, and have been hunting on paypal for a way to do this, since i sell and have a personal account. people pay me with a credit card anyway, and i have to refund which is a hassle. anyone know where i can set that up?
 
Its in your Profile... Payment Receiving Preferences...

It will only block credit card payments if the sender has a bank account
