Paypal question

How does one use Paypal to send money after winning a bid on eBay? I have a Paypal account from a long time ago and even had it linked to my bank account, but unlinked it after hearing about security concerns. Anyway, I don't think it's linked to anything right now, bank or credit card (you can do this right?).

Can I hit SEND MONEY and simply enter the CC info at that time (I haven't won yet) ? I don't want to cause any delays in payment. I am still trying to figure out how to change the damn address they have on record for me because it was previously confirmed. !@$*(^!@&*$(&@*($

I'm not to sure but you should just try it. I'm sure you can update the address, add a new cc and confirm it via that new cc. Remember they confirm your address by looking at your primary CC address on file.

I believe it's instant if you use a CC.
However, the other person has to have premier account.

It depends on how much it is if the seller needs a premeier account. Ya, it will let you use your credit card if you push the pay now.
