Paypal question

The person I am trading with has sent me money using his paypal.

When I checked the transaction, it says

" (The sender of this payment is Unverified) "

What exactly does this mean? Is it safe to send the item to this person?
His shipping address status is "confirmed".

just means he hasnt done all the steps yet...how are his reviews?

It just puts a limit on their funds, b/c they having given a credit card or somehting eqiually stupid. I know alot of people who remain unverified. oH, it can also mean that they haven't, or forgot, to look at the amounts that paypal deposited in their accounts.

I am just worried that he might cancel the transaction once I ship the item. Is there any option like that for the buyer? TIA

You can cancle payments, but the only time I've ever done it was when I mistyped the email address and paypal had to send the ghost email address an "invitation to join".

I think as long as it goes to a registered member with paypal, there's no way they can cancle the payment.

Thank u. I will do it right away. Do you know how long it takes to transfer into my account? I am going to the post office to mail the shipment.
