paypal question, sender unverified & address confirmed difference??

I just got this payment of $270 from Ebay. He has 10 positive feedbacks, 8 of them are dated last year.
He paid me but his address is unconfirmed.
So I told him to send another payment of 5 cents that says confirmed in paypal.
I got the payment today, it says sender is unverified but the address is confirmed.
So is it safe to send out the item tomorrow?
When is a good time to ship?
 
I am unverified and address confirmed as well. No way in hell am I going to trust my bank account information with PayPal which you need to enter in order for you to qualify for verified status.
 
Remember that to be covered under the "Seller's Protection Program" you MUST get an online trackable signature i.e. signature confirmation for stuff over $250. Should be ok as long as you ship before 7 days after receiving payment, but you never know.
