Paypal question regarding having a check sent

I have a balance of $18.92 on Paypal. They charge a $1.50 fee to send me a check. My question is, if I enter in $18.92 as the amount to send will they automatically deduct the $1.50 from that. Or will I get the full $18.92 plus a $1.50 charge on my paypal account.

This is the first time I've used Paypal and only opened the account so a Swedish friend could send me some money. I'd prefer to not have to worry about paying a fee after getting my check.

I have no experience with it, but my guess is that they deduct it from the check, so the check you would recieve would be for $17.42.

They deduct it immediately from the amount. Instead of getting a check for $18.92, you will recieve one in the amount of $17.42.
