Paypal question, possible fraud email?

I had won an item on ebay and sent money via paypal. According to my paypal account that I log into and ebay itself, i show that i have completed the sale and sent payment. I got an email yesterday saying my money was not sent due to insufficent funds in my bank account. It told me to make sure that I have enough money and to wait another three days. But if that were the case, wouldn't my account reflect there was a problem with my payment not going through? The history on my account still says "paid" and "completed". All details regarding the payment shows all is well. What do you guys think?

I'd wait it out a few days. You can always try PM'ing Paypaldameon. He'll set you straight in a jif :beer:

Did you use instant transfer? If so, I could see that message happening if the incoming bank transfer failed.

Note: It will attempt to do a charge off of the back-up funding source (credit card) if it does ultimately fail.
