Paypal question about payment that exceeds the ammount present in my account...

Hello all, I would like to know if I can pay someone through paypal for say $10.00 if I only have $4.00 in my account, by using my credit card or bank account as the source of funds, but having the person I want to send to money to, receive the funds immedietly and paypal later billing my credit card or taking the funds out of my bank account? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, you can. Send whatever amount you want, & anything over your current balance will be pulled from whatever payment source you specify.
