paypal Q; how do you change your funding. - for itunes

i use iPP for itunes, i want to put 20 in my PP acct, but it only gives the bank acct way which is 4 days wait, i wan tto buy it now by funding from my CC.

I dont see my CC in teh drop down menu even though its there.

or can i change funding method in itunes?

Maybe iTunes doesn't want to pay the CC fees.
