I got paid for an item and sent it out. the buyer put a hold on the payment so there is a negative balance on my acct. I have the tracking # that says it was delivered. What can I do to get the negative balance off?

Submit the information to Paypal.

Hopefully they will straighten out the mess and put the money back in your account.

But this is Paypal, so don't hold your breath. Knowing them, they will keep your account locked even after you submitted the information, explain to you that the funds given to you were "dirty" funds and tell you to relist your item on eBay (yes, the very same item you already sent out) and to pay up the money that is owed to them.

basically, the buyer has to remove the hold on paypal. s

Then the question is, "why did he put the payment on hold"?
1. You screwed up.
2. He's ripping you off.
If A = 1, suck it up.
If A = 2, sucks to be you.
Either way, there is going to be some sucking going on.

BTW, in the future you may want to post some relevant info instead of just some general nonsense.
