Paypal Phone Number?!

I have two things are are wrong with my account dealing with money, and it would be quicker and easier just to talk to someone about it.

Also, I sent them two emails with each of the problems on Saturday, and have not heard anything back yet. So obviously their customer service process is not as quick as they think.

If someone could hook me up with a phone number that would be great. BTW...why don't they just list it on their website?

Tell me what exactly is wrong (locked out?) and I can give you some direct-numbers to some higher up CS people.

Well, what is wrong is I used their virtual credit card to make a purchase. It charged my account once and listed it as "pending" on Feb 2nd. It then charged my account again and listed this charge as "completed" on Feb 5th. I've had experience with this before where they hold the money, and then they finally charge your account, then they release the money. This time however, my money has not been returned to my account, so essentially, they charged me double.

I have already contacted the store that I bought the merchandise from and they said they only show one account. Also, on paypal's site, it says "pending" charges will normally disappear in 2-3 days...its been over a week now.

My second problem has to deal with getting a refund to my account thru the virtual credit card.

Any kind of number will help...I just want to resolve this before it drags on any longer.

Hmm..that sucks. Anwyas, I'll go ahead and post every single known method of contacting paypal that I know of. Try 2 or 3. Hopefully this can be used as a reference in the future. I will ask that you please CC: all complaints about paypal to CDF@consumerdefensefoundation.com. This is a site run by a friend of mine who lost nearly 100K due to paypal's ineptness.

Smart. Can be very helpful if you have paypal backed into a corner. Otherwise, he will not speak to you.

Its a long story and Im not sure I have liberty to tell it, but it involved a transaction with a merchant that paypal declared was fraudulent even though the merchant insisted it was not. (It really was not fraudulent) He sued paypal and they settled, but I dont know the terms as he signed a NDA.
