Paypal payment..what would you do in this situation?

So i get a pyment from a guy and it ends up being an e-Check...thus making me wait however many days for it to clear.
So I look at the details of the transfer and its got an unconfirmed address as well (but in the US at least)
So i look at his paypal rating....brand new opened account as of 17 days ago
Now to my knowledge this guy also has no heatware refs or ebay refs
The problem is he MUST have me ship this package out today. I'm thinking bad idea...i wanna wait till the check clears.

Refund, tell him to confirm address and resend as a standard payment.

I would wait for it to clear. If that's unacceptable to him, then I'd refund him and cancel the deal.

Even if it clears do not send the item until he confirms his address.

bump just to make sure i get an overwhemling majority I agree wholeheartedly with waiting...
if a person is verified premier that means they have a CC right? and if they have a CC they can do an automatic payment right?
