Paypal payment status 'On Hold - Ship now' new? What does this mean?

I've been doing business on ebay/paypal for a long time and this is the first time I am seeing my payment status as 'On Hold - Ship now'. Is this something new and that I am not aware of or what? Should I be aware of the buyer trying to pull something?
