Paypal Multiorder Shipping

I like to use the Multi-order Shipping feature in Paypal however I don't see anything that allows you to change your payment preference.

I don't want my payments to USPS to be debited from my bank account I want them to go to a credit card on file. Any idea how to change this? The response I got from Paypal was less than helpful.
