Now that I got all of your potential worthless answers out, 😛 can someone explain to me why Paypal is asking me to upgrade my damn account again even though someone paid me through instant transfer?

I believe one possibility is that you have maxed out your monthly receive limit of $500 for personal accounts.

In order to receive Credit Card instant payments, you gotta have a "Premier" account or something. Just an excuse for them to charge you a higher percentage on every transaction, but I went with it.

As a developer that has attempted to integrate Paypal purchasing into a website, I wish EVERYONE would stop using their services. They haven't got their act together, and things routinely fail or cause problems. What makes me even more angry is that the sandbox wasn't working properly at all for about a week, while I was trying to integrate their services into another website. I finally gave up. I think I'll try again in another month or so. Maybe the sandbox will be back up then... or perhaps *gasp* the live site will be working correctly for a change! 😱
