i guess this is the place where i would post this since it doesnt fit in other catagorys. i recently signed up for paypal. i know its a good system people use on this forum to trade/sell. and i noticed the 5 dollar referall thing. does this actually work. iv seen alot of these but this one seems real. also are there any fine guidlines on it. my account hasnt been activated yet!. before i can get money from referalls do i have to put in my credit card? thanks for the help
