[Paypal] How do I make funds available on a Paypal Debit Mastercard?

I've had this for a while and I can't figure it out. Does anyone know?

Use it like a credit card...ie, input the numbers and stuff. I did it with a visa debit card.

Using the debit card just draws off you PayPal balance. Using at an ATM, just withdraw from the checking account.

Dartworth provided the correct answer - The PayPal Debit Card works like a credit card for funds that are available in your PayPal account balance only.
