I need to pay my eBay fees and dont want to use money in my account. How can I make a payment without it using funds in account?
 
On the payment screen, choose "Other funding options" (may say something different..I don't recall exactly) from the 'funding source' area.

My terminology may be incorrect..but you should be able to find it. 🙂
 

PayPal Balance: $5.00 USD
Instant Transfer: $5.83 USD from Bank XXXX
Back Up Funding Source: CC XXXXX



I can change the instant and backup but cannot change paypal balance.
