Ok, my buyer sent the payment to a different e-mail adress. So I had to make that e-mail account so I can receive the money, and the money is in that new account. But I can't send the money to my primary account, because I can't link my bank account to 2 paypal accounts. How do I get the money?
 
Refund the amount to the buyer through the appropriate PP link (usually in transaction details) have the buyer resubmit the CORRECT e-mail address the payment.

Their mistake, not yours.
 
Sometimes, if you're lucky, the email address that they mistakenly sent it to does not exsist and you don't have to worry about it. Happened to me recently 😉
