Hey, i just got an e-mail stating that a CHARGEBACK was in effect saying that i have not delivered the items promised for that payment. Here's the thing though, i called the guy, & he said he didn't make the claim. How can this happen? I already responded with the UPS Tracking number i had as well as his phone number & info saying that he did get it. What do you guys think i should do?

Cut your loss and cancel your Gaypal account. Trying to get anything from them is like pulling teeth.

Unfortunately the troll hunters cannot reverse chargebacks that Paypal induces. Scar needs to call them up and try to settle the issue himself.

Hi scarfase99,

Chargebacks/buyer complaints occur because:

a) buyer contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge
b) buyer logged in and filed a Buyer Complaint off of the web site

Responding with the information, as long as you are in compliance with the Seller Protection Program, will eliminate liabililty for a claim of non-delivery.
