Just an FYI---


Some customers with MSN and Hotmail in their account names are notifying us that they are not receiving payment notifications and other PayPal correspondence. These customers should check to see if their MSN or Hotmail preferences have recently changed to reject all email from unknown senders. This has become the new default setting for these accounts, and therefore, if their email preferences are set at that level, it may cause PayPal correspondence to get rejected.

so there is no need to set the junk filter too high
