go to that link. link is safe, just dont try to login.
look at the adress. no little secure icon. Totally fraud? If anyone else got this, beware I guess.

Give them all account info for all financial accounts you posses, you must also send them cookies, we like chocolate chip. DO NOT send raisin cookies because we cannot tell the difference between raisin and chocolate chip, thus causing us to bite into the raisin cookies.

When in doubt, go to the real paypal site (type it in your address bar) and log in from there.

paypal tells you that they will always use your full name in the beginning of the email to prove it's real,
however i got a phishing email that used my full name.
