Agreed. I'd be weary shipping stuff out of the country.

Even if you are VERIFIED and CONFIRMED with Paypal, if the buyer is from abroad and he says that he didn't get the package and you said that he did and have a tracking number, Paypal WILL pull the money he's sent from your account making you lose both the product and the money. The ONLY way from international bidders to pay is to either do BidPay.com (under $700) or Western Union money transfer.

Can paypal pull the money even if you've already transfered it to your bank account?

Agreed, login to your Paypal account and click the REFUND button.

Even with a VERIFIED Paypal member shipping to a CONFIRMED address, you can and will still get scammed for international transactions.

I'd like to know this also.

Hi BigJimbo,

I do need to advise that the Ukraine is not on our list of approved countries. I would recommend extreme caution.

Yes.

Wow, guess I'm going to have to get a checking account just for paypal and make sure there is never any money in it.

No, you can set it to never over draw, just like with a credit card.
