If I accept $400 into my paypal account from non-cc funds do I incur a fee? If so how much.

I don't think you will , but it depends on what type of account you have. I know C2it is free, but I did a servey and most still use paypal, even though they complain alot?

If you have upgraded to the Premier Account (to where you can accept cc payments), then all transactions (regardless of whether they actually come from cc's) incur the same 2.9% fee. If you still have a regular account, then no fees apply, but then you cannot accept cc payments.
