Just a quick question: from FS/FT board, people prefer non-credit card payment through paypal. I searched paypal.com , but can't find how much fee paypal charges receipient for non-CC payment (for example, from my paypal balance). I only find it's 2.9%, and I assume it's for credit card payment. If for all money transfer, it's 2.9%, why people prefer non-CC then?

For a regular Personal account you can -

Send money for FREE
Receive money for FREE
$100 per month limit on receiving credit card payments
Can upgrade to a Premier account at any time

So non-CC payment will not count toward the $100/month limit, and that's a good thing.
