paypal extra fee rule

Where under paypal's policy does it say that you cannot add an extra fee for using paypal? I have a seller that does not believe that is against the rules...

no not an AT seller. as i recall there was a rule specifically on paypal for it.. or maybe it was ebay.. i'm not too sure..

It is (or at least was) part of the PayPal TOS, but I can't seem to find it.

It is in the FS/FT rules here as being part of the PayPal TOS.

Its under Payments. Its the same TOS stipulation that credit cards use with stores.

You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as payment.
